Paul Taylor

Paul Taylor is a Consultant Practitioner, ASYE Manager and Practice Educator for Southend Borough Council and has worked in adult social care for over ten years. Paul is an Honorary Lecturer at the University of Essex and lectures on the ‘Assessing Professional Practice’ module which is a postgraduate module to support ASYE assessors in developing skills and knowledge in relation to the Professional Capabilities Framework using observation, feedback and supporting critical reflection through action learning sets.

Paul is an associate of the Centre for Action Learning Facilitation (C-ALF) and works with the Skills for Care Action Learning Facilitation programme.  His qualifications include BA (Hons) Social Work, PGDip Leadership & Management and a Level 5 ILM qualification in facilitating Action Learning.  Paul has interests in social and emotional intelligence, leadership and enjoys competing in middle and long distance triathlon.
