Coaching and Mentoring

The coaching challenge

coaching

Coaching as it seen to be one of the most effective development techniques and is offered in some form by most organisations.   However, the UK Government’s research* found that 43% of UK managers rate their own line manager as ineffective and estimates that this is costing UK businesses over £19 billion per year in lost working hours.

Why use socially driven coaching and mentoring?

Coaching is often only aimed at director, senior or middle manager levels and tends to be focussed on individual rather than organisational development.** Socially Driven Coaching utilises your organisation’s social systems to create a coaching culture that permeates throughout the workforce to achieve organisational objectives.
